Caitlin Bentley

Senior Program Manager of Community Engagement (Rural)

Caitlin works to foster relationships and develop a deep understanding of the rural communities within our 20-county area. She represents Interact for Health to diverse audiences within communities, contributing to key community initiatives and bringing knowledge of communities’ cultures, history, values, and landscape to inform decisions at all levels.

She most recently was an independent contractor with the Ohio Domestic Violence Network. Before that role, she served as director of statewide programming with the Ohio Network of Children’s Advocacy Centers. In this role she provided support and technical assistance to Ohio’s 37 accredited and developing children’s advocacy centers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Kentucky.

Caitlin has a passion for supporting rural programs and communities and a deep commitment to equity and justice. She lives in Butler County, Ohio, and loves supporting local artists, businesses, and events. On the weekends, her family hosts regular game nights and potluck dinners for friends, family, and neighbors.
