Caroline Lembright

Director of Communications

Caroline raises awareness about Interact for Health’s programs and the progress towards its goals. She establishes the strategy for and oversees the implementation of external communications, including media relations and social media as well as the website and the Health Watch newsletter.

Most recently, Caroline was a Digital Strategist for BCom, an organization that develops communications programs for campaigns and causes. While there, she helped various nonprofits, political candidates and ballot measure campaigns achieve their fundraising and engagement goals. Before that role, Caroline served as COVID-19 Community Outreach Coordinator for The Health Collaborative, a Domestic Violence Emergency Response Team Advocate for Women Helping Women, Field Director on a competitive local congressional race and a Legislative and Press intern for the Office of U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown. Lembright has volunteered with Planned Parenthood of Southwest Ohio for seven years.
 
A proud graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Caroline holds dual bachelor’s degrees in political science and international affairs. In 2024, Caroline completed the YWCA Rising Stars Equity Leadership Program and began volunteering with Queer Kentucky. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Public Administration at Northern Kentucky University. 

Caroline resides in NKY and loves to support local arts and theatre. She spends her free time with her family, friends, her partner, and their dog, Hobbes.
