Julian Collins

Senior Program Manager of Community Engagement (Urban/Suburban)

Julian Collins serves as Interact for Health’s presence in urban and suburban areas, representing Interact for Health to diverse audiences within communities, contributing to key community initiatives, and bringing knowledge of communities’ cultures, history, values and landscape to inform decisions at all levels. 

Previously, Julian spent four years as a program manager with the American Lung Association in Cincinnati. In that role, he trained health professionals regarding lung health and acted as a liaison between the association and community. Julian has also worked as a health educator with Planned Parenthood.

He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health promotion and education from the University of Cincinnati. Julian is also a Certified Health Education Specialist and Tobacco Treatment Specialist.

A native Cincinnatian, outside of work Julian is a national sewing educator and pattern designer under his creative moniker Julian Creates.
